Viva Las Vegas

Vegas is one of the places I want to visit before I die. It is one city of 10 cities on that list. I think that since I have been watching CSI, I have come to romanticize about that city just a little more. Everything is big there and seems to be glamorous and even over the top. Plus those cute commercials about what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas just lets me know that it is a wild and crazy place.

I do not think I want to live there. I just want to visit. Now if you are interested in living where everything seems big you may want to check out the MLS listings. They seem to be the resource to examine when it comes to homes. It is actually a database for all the homes in Southern Nevada. This is something special as this information is normally only accessible by Realtors. The MLS listings is giving you access to this coveted information directly from their site.

You can actually do searches by city you may want to live in, zip code or by community. One you find homes that you are interested in, you can actually save the listing for further follow-up. One you do save a few searches then as listings come open that fit into your search criteria, you will get emails alerting you to new listings. With MLS you really will have an inside track.

If Vegas, Baby, Vegas has the draw for you to be there permanently, then be sure to sign up for the property organizer and begin that search for a new home. It is all free to use the MLS listings. Viva Las Vegas!

You can chase a butterfly all over the field and never catch it. But if you sit quietly in the grass it will come and sit on your shoulder.
