You know I began the cabbage soup diet on yesterday and today is already a fail! I think I will eat all of it this week and just eat lighter and exercise. I think for me to do this diet I would need a friend to do it with me so we can moan and carryon together! I did it in the past with three other girls in a prior office and we all did just fine!
I guess I am sadly lacking the willpower department!
