Why is this Man Blue?

This is what happens when you self medicate. Apparently this man had some skin problems and decided years ago that he had the cure. It was all due to stress that he developed dermatitis

When it got so bad that the skin on his face began to peel and crack he started using a substance called colloidal silver. Now What is that? I have never heard of it. It is made by extracting silver from metal into water with an electrical current and it is then taken as a drink. He took it a step farther. He decided to rub it into his skin and that was when he turned blue. There is no turning back. He is permantly discolored.

You can chase a butterfly all over the field and never catch it. But if you sit quietly in the grass it will come and sit on your shoulder.
