Ice Cream Helps

Today was a very bad toxic parent day. I had to get her home and later go out on my own just to have some down time away. I went to the Marble Slab Creamery and had ice cream. Tow very large scoops. Not so goo, but when was the last time I had ice cream. Months ago. It made me feel better at the time and then I was able to get a great beverage from the coffee shop and I was good to go.

That helped today, but tomorrow is on the way.

You can chase a butterfly all over the field and never catch it. But if you sit quietly in the grass it will come and sit on your shoulder.
