Souped up

I drive around town and I see cars that are all souped up. Some I think look just plain crazy because they are now painted with Reeses Pieces or Dora the Explorer logos and characters. They have the big wheels and spinners and are most loud and vibrating with the loud music if you happen to be next to them in a lane. I had not really ever thought about doing anything like that to my car, but I guess I could if I fancied that. I have a plain car and I think that souping it up might make it look funny. Then again...how funny do those other cars look to me?
