Remember the hunt was on for Biofreeze and I could not find it anywhere. I did go to my local CVS and I asked about it. I was told that they had Polar Frost. I decided to try that to the tune of $15.00. I can tell a slight difference from the Biofreeze. That Biofreeze really freezes! I will use the Polar Frost as it does provide some relief. I just will be glad when this entire knee problem is all over! I am sick fo it!
You can chase a butterfly all over the field and never catch it. But if you sit quietly in the grass it will come and sit on your shoulder.
