I went to my local Earthfare store last night for one thing. ..wheat grass. I had been hearing so much about it that I wanted to try it. I found it and lots of other things I really did not need.. like that piece of coconut cake from the deli and that baked brie..the mini ones with fruit on top. I also bought some flax seed gel caps and minted lamb sausages, vegan brownies and a few other things. I had two very litttle plastic bags that cost $75.00. I forgot the sugar. I won't be doing that again any time soon!
You can chase a butterfly all over the field and never catch it. But if you sit quietly in the grass it will come and sit on your shoulder.
