My coworkers and I have been doing a modified version of the cabbage soup diet. We did one full week last week and each of us had great success. I lost 8 pounds and my wastebands of my skirts are looser. I am excited. This week we are not doing the diet but we are eating just about all fruits and vegetables and very little else. No candy or junk of any kind. I have several things coming up that I need to be skinnier for...my 30th high school reunion. Scary! I have another big trip planned this summer abroad that I need to be ready for. So I am off to a good start. Now I just need to get moving. The exercise is what I need to fit in now.
Before it becomes a butterfly, a caterpillar goes through a growth stage during which it is called a "chrysalis." On the surface it may not look like much is happening, but the delicate chrysalis process changes the fuzzy caterpillar into an awesome butterfly with wings of intricate designs and intense colors. I will chronical my transformation and exodus from my chrysalis into a beautiful butterfly...back into the butterfly I used to be.

New Day, New Week
Today for breakfast one medium avocado...about 350 calories. In addition I had about 10 baby carrots. I could not wait for lunch. A pink grapefruit and soup from the cabbage soup diet. My coworkers and I are trying this diet to jump start our weightloss for this year. It helps to have others doing it with you.
